Don became the President of Baltimore Aircoil Company Inc. in 2014.  Don started his career in 1984 at Armstrong World Industries, working in the insulation and flooring businesses for 20 years.  During his tenure at Armstrong, Don held leadership positions in England and Hong Kong and helped to develop its international business and then appointed as CFO of its wood flooring business.  Don joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 2004 as Financial Director and then Commercial Director for the Harley’s EMEA Business based in England. In 2011, he joined BAC as part of the European leadership team. During his tenure, Don has been a board member of a number of associations, and currently is a trustee at the Ammonia Refrigeration Foundation. A graduate of Penn State University, Don also holds certificates in leadership programs at London Business School and MIT School of Engineering.  Don enjoys spending time with his family travelling and enjoying outdoor activities.

Preston began his career in the semiconductor industry working in manufacturing and later in applications engineering. He joined Baltimore Aircoil Company in 2002 as an application engineer in the refrigeration department. He has held many positions during his tenure including HVAC Regional Sales Manager, Latin America Business Leader, Director of Refrigeration, and Director of Strategy and Market Development. Currently, Preston serves as the Global Vice President of Marketing. Preston holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from St. Edwards University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Katie started her career in public accounting at KPMG in Chicago prior to joining AMSTED Industries in 2006. In 2007 she transitioned to Amsted Rail holding a variety of accounting roles before joining BAC as Global Controller in 2014. Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting and Pre-law from Ohio University and a MBA from Loyola University Chicago. In her free time, Katie enjoys cycling, cooking and traveling with her husband.

Ted started his journey with BAC six years ago as General Manager - Greater China. Before joining BAC, he held several sales and general management roles with Lincoln Electric and Air Liquide. he holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School. Ted is currently responsible for business growth in Asia Pacific including Australia. During his free time, Ted enjoys spending time with his family running, rowing, golfing, skiing, and more. 

Bill has been a highly active member of our global HVAC industry, including leadership and participation in many different committees and leadership roles in ASHRAE. He held leadership positions with AHRI and Johnson Controls/York International  and is a named patent holder of over 18 patents for Johnson Controls. A regular attendee of UN climate and ozone meetings, he has provided input to the US, EU, and Chinese governments regarding ozone and climate regulation and legislation. He was selected by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. EPA to serve as an industry representative on the Indo-U.S. Taskforce on HFCs. Also, Bill has served as an expert on the U.S. Department of Energy HVAC Roadmap Collaboration Team (Oak Ridge National Lab). Bill is an ASHRAE Fellow and received the ASHRAE Distinguished Service Award in 2012. Bill is the father of two college-age boys and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and kayaking. He has been an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America for the past 14 years and served as a coach in several youth hockey organizations.

Dasie Thames started her career in 2004 at ITW and held HR leadership roles in various ITW divisions, including Automotive and Fluid Products. After leaving ITW in 2017, she spent time at Stanley, Black & Decker in their Hand Tool Accessories & Storage business. Prior to joining BAC, she held the position of VP of HR for global enabling functions within ESAB Inc. from 2018 through 2021 and joined BAC as VP of Global Human Resources in December 2021. Dasie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management and completed a Master’s degree in Legal Studies with a Business Concentration from the American University Washington College of Law. She is certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SHRM-SCP) and holds an HR analytics certificate from Cornell University. When she is not working, Dasie enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
